Without Policy There is No Learning

Without policy, the organization you are responsible for will not learn and grow.  Think of what has made it possible for you to grow in life.  Has it not been pushing against some obstacle? If it is always easy for you, there is no growing; you merely exist.  When the world delivers that message that what you are doing simply won't do, then you either succumb or find your way to a method that will work, i.e. you learn.
