How does AskBoardGrowth work?
Your group (of up to 15) can subscribe at one of 4 different levels. Each level allows you access to the questions and answers of previous members and to initiate questions of the faculty specific to you.
Each level has its own features with regards to the BoardGrowth articles, tools and surveys.
All levels will have access to the latest resources available individually through BoardGrowth.
Why did we create it this way?
Whole boards should have access to learning resources that fit their individual needs as well as those of the group. Ask BoardGrowth allows people to access information they find relevant (consider taking a FREE Self Evaluation and find out where you can get the most benefit).
Or the entire group can be directed to articles and tools of the greatest use to them. All members will have secured access via the Internet, 24/7. They can access on their own time or the group can access together during a board meeting.
Boards need more than information to improve. Boards need a complete proven system to evaluate their conditions, devise effective improvement plans and execute on those plans. AskBoardGrowth provides it all.
Evaluations
Board Self Evaluation: With AskBoardGrowth, a group may subscribe at a level that includes an annual Board Self Evaluation.
CEO Evaluation: Evaluate the organization's CEO from multiple viewpoints against best practices competencies in 10 areas of responsibility.

BoardGrowth Articles
The feedback from the Board Self Evaluation will include resources specific to the evaluation results that will give the individual or group immediate action items for improvement.

BoardGrowth Tools

Question and Answer Assistance
All subscription levels include Question and Answer Assistance from the BoardGrowth Faculty (please learn more about our faculty). You can review the history of questions asked by members or ask your specific question directly of a faculty member. The faculty members will feedback within 72 hours.
