BoardGrowth Surveys
Surveying is a tool we use to evaluate the condition of an organization. Surveys are the most efficient way to get a picture of the condition of the organization from those who know, the people who participate there. Our surveys are designed with consideration for all aspects of an ideal organization. Completion of a survey will result in loss of uncertainty. Once uncertainty is not the focus of the organization's energy, the shift can be made to actions for improvement.

Articles and Tools
If an area for improvement is known or a survey has diagnosed an area for improvement, then resources for improving in that area need to be found. We have done that for you. Our learning resources are organized by Area of Responsibility and are divided into articles and tools. The articles allow you to gain knowledge and the tools are the means to execute on that knowledge.

Ask BoardGrowth
We know that sharing and learning from those who have had common experience is a valuable means of improving. Because of that we have created Ask BoardGrowth Forum. You will have an opportunity to subscribe to the forum at a level that fits your needs. We have created easy access to a group of experts across the areas of responsibility for board members. Access to these experts can most easily be obtained through Ask BoardGrowth. But we know that you may have need for more specific services within an area and would like to engage with the faculty member of that area.
